To encourage all of you to send me pictures of recent family outings and famiy milestones, I am going to prove how little time it takes me to post this short paragraph and picture by timing myself.
Ready, set, go!
This picture was taken last spring, its one of my favorites!
Finished.
Few sentences written, and picture posted took 1 minute and 45 seconds.
Scroll down this page to read instructions if you ignored my first email, and you too can learn how to make better use of 1 minute and 45 seconds.

Here are a few oldies (no pun intended) but goodies, Grandma and Grandpa Cherney! See how fun our very own website can be! Visit again soon to see more pictures and updates, or better yet, send me one of you own!
Have a great weekend. Tina is coming to visit me tomorrow :) I better start cleaning.

Hello Metzler Family and Friends!
I have been trying to think of ways for all of us to stay more connected, and short of driving home every weekend, what better way to connect than in cyberspace! The Metzler blog page I've created provides us a location to reconnect when holidays and phone calls don't seem possible!
Let's stay connected at our very own blog site: http://www.Metzlerfamily.blogspot.com
Here is what you need to do:
- To create an original post: Since I am the originator you need to email me your stories and photos, and I will post them for you. Simply send me an email at yogacoach@comcast.net. Include a story about you and/or your family, and include photos as attachments (jpg preferably).
- To respond: I do not have to post your responses, just your original posts. To respond to someone's story, use the features on our personal blog page. Remember: Everyone who logs onto our blog site can see the original post and your response post.
- Don't know how to attach a picture to an email because you are still afraid of Y2k? Just log in, read, and respond on other's posts. You don't need to be an online wizard to stay in touch with your family even in 2006! Just enter http://www.Metzlerfamily.blogspot.com into your browser, and feel the love!
- Not sure what to include in your post? How about a picture of your child's first day of school, information about your recent promotion, a little update on what you and your spouse did on your anniversary!
- Here are some ground rules:
-Keep email post requests to me reasonably short; no posts as long as the typical Metzler family voicemail message please.
-Keep that in mind when reading and posting all teasing is in good humor; -No getting out your grievances with other family members in our public forum. You got a problem? Say it; Don't post it.
-I am the greatest aunt of all time.
Got it?
I will post an update and photo of my travels this past weekend as an example.
